Delivery Information

In normal circumstances we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (small parcels) within 2-5 working days to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimated and are therefore subject to change.
Highlands & Islands available with Surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland.
If ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Deliveries the items will be combined with that delivery method.

*Exclusions apply on heavy or larger items, this will be calculated at the checkout stage and will show as a surcharge.

*Please note -plants are not despatched on Fridays.

Larger items including garden furniture will be delivered via our pallet courier. We offer a pallet courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of receipt of order provided that we are able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day. Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
Deliveries will be made on pallets, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside. Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

Orders for large deliveries to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further details.

Events Tickets - you will receive an email confirmation which you will need to print/save on your phone and take with you to the event.
Seeds - £2.35 via Royal Mail 1st class service
Gift Cards/Vouchers - £2.35 via Royal Mail 1st Class service. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day and if possible, order early.
